I have a twin brother whose social is one digit different from mine. He had two NFCU credit cards that were reporting on my Experian credit report. So naturally, I disputed the two accounts, they were removed and I bugged my brother to make sure it was reporting correctly on his report (I'm not sure he knew what I meant but he kept saying "Yes it's correct") ...
Fast forward to now, I have an auto loan and a credit card in my name only and neither of them are showing up on my Experian report. This throws off my debt and overall utilization. I've contacted Experian and NFCU. Navy Federal of course said there's nothing they can do. I've talked to so many CSRs from Experian... I just gave up. My car is my biggest debt and the CC is my highest limit CC.

If something is not reporting which should be reporting, it seems to me that the fault is with Navy, not with Experian.

I'd check Equifax and transunion. If they're not reporting on either, id talk to navy. If they're reporting on some bureaus, but not others, I'd contact the nonreporting bureaus.
@Myia_omg98 On Navy credit card and car loan check some personal information please. Does the address on the car loan and credit card show your current address ? If not have it updated. Also check any other personal information Ie name first middle last generation code if applicable also social security number. all these credit bureaus use when searching for your credit profile. There has to be difference between the two that are not reporting and the ones that are.
@FicoMike0 Yeah, everything looks good on Equifax and Transunion (Credit Karma).
I recently froze 3rd party bureaus like NCTUE, Chex System and LexisNexis but this Experian issue has been happening since I created an account in like 2021. I plan on getting a new NFCU CC and I'm pretty sure that once won't appear on my credit report either.
I think it's just Experian's algorithm, there must be a block between NFCU reporting to them for my accounts.
@SouthJamaica Right but when I reached out their (NFCU) only comment was that they are reporting to all bureaus. Which I asked my brother if I can see his to make sure his is reporting correctly but he said no 🫠 (indirectly).
@AndySoCal Got it, I'll triple check everything matches in the app!

Yes but you need to get the situation moved over to the department that actually sends the data to the bureaus. Either that or you need to escalate to a supervisor.
