Desperately need your help!! Recently me and my wife are trying to buy a new house in TX. Both of us are not US citizens, but we legally work here, holding an H1B visa. My wife got her SSN in 2010, I got my SSN in 2014. I have about 11 months credit card using history. We both have staple job and income.
However, when we submit our documents to loan officer, her 3 scores from Transunion, Equifax, Experian are all good, all of them are around 730-740. But mine are pretty low, Transunion is 666, Equifax only 617 (They use out-of-date information which make the score so low, i have disputed but no replies yet). However, my Experian score is missing. No matter how hard we tried, the score cannot be pulled out. (We have used two different banks, and tried 4 times, every information entered is 100% correct, but the score is still missing.) My loan officer gave me the report they pulled out, there are some error messages from Experian like: "INPUT SSN ISSUE DATE UNVERIFIED", "***NO RECORD FOUND****", "NO APPLICANT RECORD FOUND AT XPN, ERROR CODE: XPN-E07A". I don't understand what they mean.
The wieldest thing is that when I call Experian, all the customer representatives can pull out my credit report as well as my score, and all of them said there is no problem with my credit report, no freeze, no alert, no fraud, no anything. I can also view my credit report and score on their website (score is 709). They also mailed a hard copy of my credit report to me yesterday and everything looks good except that there are some credit card accounts I don't recognize.
I have tried to upload the copy of my SSN, driver license, utility bill to them to verify my identity, and I have called Experian for over 30 times, but nobody can solve this problem. They said INPUT SSN ISSUE DATE UNVERIFIED is because Social Security Office used a new system after June 2011 and you can do nothing about it. They did not find any problem with my credit report, and they said my loan officer should be able to pull out my credit score. However, this issue is still there and my loan officer is unable to pull it out. They said my loan officer should have direct line to call them, but my loan officer said they don't have it.
Now I am so desperate, and don't know what to do. Can anybody help me???? If I don't have enough credit history, how can I have a credit score on their website? The deadline of my mortgage application is next Tuesday. If this problem is still there, we have to cancel the offer of the house. I really hate Experian!!!
