Experian report until date question

On my old reports ther eis a date that the TL will report until, on my new reports there is no date there, it is blank.

Does that mean I can dispute those TL as obsolete?

Re: Experian report until date question

Is it obsolete? If not, then don't dispute as obsolete.

I've noticed sometimes you have to hit "print report" and view the printer version to see the date and EX has also been in the habit of not having the dates here recently as well.

You can dispute as "no FCRA Compliance Date listed".

Re: Experian report until date question

I printed it when I saw that there was no info, it printed just as the screen showed it.

Disputing it that way will only make them put the date reported until back wouldn't it?

I wish they would delete them since they goofed and erased the dates.

These are 3 VERY OLD CO's that should drop in late 09 and Jan 2010.

They have no balances reporting.
