My Experian FICO 8 score from the Experian app hasn't changed in a few months. It's stuck at 767. I don't exactly remember when it last changed but looking further it says Daily Refresh next to it. What's odd is all of the creditors have been updating normally except Chase which says they last reported on Nov. 22 but the new cycle started on Dec. 25th. Also I have not an updated score email from Experian since July 20th! I'm not using the Boost feature anymore - is that what may be causing this lag of a score update? I only have the free version of Exp. I also can't get transferred to a live person when I call Exp. - automated voice says people can only be transferred under limited circumstances. Are they not open at 7 pm CST on Saturdays? Besides Amex which I don't have yet where else besides the Experian app can I find my FICO 8 score there for free? The scoreshould have changed since I have been paying gown my balances lately.
My Experian score has only changed from 775 to 777 since June, and that was at the beginning of October, and I don't expect it to change by more than 5 points before February 2025, at which point it will jump to over 800 when my newest accounts hit the 1 year mark.
If you don't have negative items on your report, and you don't go above or below any utilization thresholds, add new accounts, pass any time thresholds, etc., your score won't change much, if at all.
Relax, it is normal.

I'm in the same situation. My Experian FICO8 score rarely changes. It is the most stable of all 3 of my FICO8's. When it does change, it is usually because of an aging metric. It goes up when my newest account or inquiry goes over the 1 year mark. And it goes down when I add a new account, or when a really old account drops off after 10 years of being closed. As @markbeiser described above, unless you trigger some type of threshold (including the All Zero penalty) there might not be much of a change on a clean scorecard.
I need to correct my OP. My Experian score hasn't updated since October 26th of last year, not in July. I just don't have an email when they did that so I was mistaken. Still a long time though.
Well good news! The Experian finally did update the Sync Amazon card balance to 0 and it went up 2 points to 769. Not as much as I was expecting it to but it did go up. In total only Kohls Charge has a balance of $109 (other than the $4 Mercury balance left on purpose) but that didn't seem to affect Exp - only Equifax (by 4 points) and TU (by 3 points). I left Kohls Charge because it wasn't due at all last month and miscalculated it reporting from when I charged something from them the month prior to last.
Before I do my little spree, I will pull the other two credit reports later today, including the once free annual one and make sure there's nothing dramatically inaccurate.
