Experian site always not able to give my credit report unless I buy!

I love how last week when trying to get my Experian Report for dispute it said it needed to mail me code for security even though I have an EX credit monitoring product... I get said code and go to the link to /viewreport and get an error that the system can't currently provide reports (it's the error I have been getting for like a year with EX, almost as bad as the EQ site) but I have no issues getting my report through my monitoring (Which I pay for) or through a 1 time EX purchase (which I pay for) just never the free one for disputes!!! and I have tried 3 different browsers.

Same here. I haven't been able to view reports with 3 new report numbers.  My file is with the Special Handling Dept and they keep saying it should work in a few days, it never did.  That was 2 months ago, decided to check today and still can't access.

I couldnt get an experian report last year or this year. Then I filed an online report with experian via CFPB, and after a week they decided to mail me a copy of my report.

I managed to find a work around and went through... my INQ's from Bloomingdales are still there and I can't dispute them so that's about it.

Creditaddict - you are such high maintenance! Just put Firefox or Google Chrome on your computer and all will be well. That is what they told me! Then they sent me a mailed copy and charged me $15.95. We are in the 2nd round of disputes. Threatened both Equifax and Experian with filing legal complaints. Transunion was great and bent over back words to take care of my disputes. The battle goes on and I do NOT intend to back down.

I couldn't get my eq reports last year and finally got my free one a few months ago... Now I can't get my ex report at all be is free or through a decline of credit

I use Firefox when I do stuff like this becuase I learned Safari doesn't get along with them... I ended up going through like I didn't have a report number again but used the last 2 addresses they show on my credit report instead of the exact order my last 2 addresses and then was able to answer security questions and get the report.

why am i high mainenance for not being able to get my report besides exactly how you did (PAYING!)

There's usually a link that states something like "other ways to get your free report" or something like that.

I just did it a few days ago for free.
