I got a letter today from Experian asking me to send identification to them (drivers liscence, etc). Why do they need this info when they have done previous disuputes just fine?
I'm guessing to verify you are who you claim to be. They have done that to me as well and when I sent it to them guess what happened. I got the same letter saying they couldn't verify please send the info after I did twice.
