Experians' Credit Works no longer working?

I plan on calling Experian to see whats up, but my Credit Works stopped working 2 days ago after pulling my latest 3B with them. I checked my CC, which is on auto-pay, and it's fine, so wondering whats up before I call them tomorrow, and wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Mine has been working just fine - though I haven't pulled a 3B since last month (have to wait til the 8th); but my EX report / score has been updating daily as it should. Yea, call them to see what's up.

Just checked, mine looks fine. Finally up 7pts after being stuck for almost a month.

My 3B will update on the 5th. There was one month that the "update in ___ days" was screwed up. Not sure how their dates got off, but it was corrected by my update date. There was a day or two that daily updates were off at that time.

Experian has great CSRs.

Weird. Guess it was just a temp glitch of the system. Congrats on the 7pt. increase!

Thanks for the replies guys, looks like it was just a temp glitch as you said.

Earlier this morning after I posted here I logged back in & it said something to the effect of account/site error or somesuch, so I waited a little bit & tried again, and it let me log back in, and is now showing the daily reports for the last 2 days correctly.

Crisis averted!
