I have 2 CAs reporting the same debt from late 2002. The account shows paid-in-full for both the OC and the correct CA. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to say in a letter to the 2nd CA? Maybe FCRA language or citations? I did manage to get a PIF letter from the right CA. Should I send a copy of that letter to the bad seed? They refuse to move...
Note: they do not report on the same CRs, so no joy from the TU. Thanks for the help...
