Depends on creditor. You can reference the Credit Pulls Database (Google to find). Some entries in the CPDB will mention the scoring model.
FICO 9 has yet to be widely adopted and I haven't seen anything indicating who has adopted it so far. FICO 8 is most commonly used but creditors do use other models including non-FICO models such as VantageScore and internal scoring models.
