FICO ALERTS NO REFLECTING SCORE CHANGES ON DASHBOARD

i receiced a  TU ALERT  May 7 th  that my score had gone up + 4 for a rdeuced balance on one of my revolving accounts. Although I received the alert the DASHBOARD does not indicte the change. I also received a report of +24 on my EQ for a very significant decease on one of my installment accouts on May 6th and then on May 7th I am -24 again with EQ for yet another modest DECREASE.  Does this ALERT syetem go down at times because I find it both confusing and not reliable?   Can someone Please advise because when I call FICO they g give me run around   TY

I swear I read another post on this before, and more or less the response was that it was kind of a glitch.
