If by TC, you mean TrueCredit, no they are FAKO. However, they are GREAT for monitoring your credit reports. If your TC reports look like mine, they are very detailed for TU and EX, but for EQ, they are less so. On EQ, they don't show the march of green squares for payment history (although they do show the yellow, orange, and

red), and they don't show the day of the month that the creditor updated. But overall, TC is good for daily (=24 hours + 1 minute) pulls. A lot of people here have been banned for supposed fraudulent activity by doing frequent or semi-frequent pulls, and others haven't been touched, go figure. This includes me, so far.
I use the myFICO site to look at scores, and TC to follow changes on my credit report. I do have Score Watch, and I go back and forth as to how useful it is. Since it did alert me to my new score bucket reassignment, I am keeping it on for now...
If you want to get a one-time baseline set of FICO scores, you might look at FICO® Credit Complete. They just changed the whole product line over the weekend, but this seems to be the one-time pull of all three reports and scores, emphasis on one-time. Be sure to Google FICO promo code or FICO discount code first. I think that this used to be called FICO Deluxe (not sure.) Enter the code on the payment screen when you are ordering whatever you get.
