I have a copy of a professional guide to FHA mortgages - we weren't sure if I was going to be on the mortgage or not so I wanted to have all the available options and details 
Speak to the broker You can talk to as many as you want and just tell them you need answers before they can pull your credit - not a bad idea to work on hubby's credit anyway as it will always help in the future
