Faxing disputes

Hello, I would like to know re: faxing disputes.  I was going to send this CMRRR, but have gotten responses stating that faxing works better.  So all I need to do is keep the transmission record?  And they will contact me via mail for changes? Thanks.

When I used the fax numbers this summer and started my quest, I received phone calls within days about my stuff.

The only thing I have ever mailed to date is a request to remove a fraud alert and it still hasn't been removed.  Go figure.

Faxing appeared to work better for me. I saved all of my fax transmissions. When I faxed to all three CRAs, they responded within a week with an updated CR. Same thing with my CCs. They responded within a week via mail.

So faxing appears to be better!
