I'm glad you're going to purcase your FICO score.  If you pull it here, you will find the tools they give you with your report and score to be very helpful.

When you refinance, they typically pull all three of your credit reports & scores (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion); and use the middle score.

Just to add if you use MYFICO google for discounts and promotions. It will save you a few dollars.
