Fico Score Dropped 60 points

Can anyone tell me why my FICO scored dropped 60 points in one month? I have credit monitoring through my credit card website. Every month my score has increased, I have paid all my bills on time and always pay a lot more then the minimum due on my store cards and major credit cards. Car payment has never been late, all my bills have always been paid, never late. My debt ratio hasn't increased, I haven't opened any new lines of credit or had any inquiries ran. All of a sudden for the month of June my score dropped 60 points according to Transunion, that's who my CC company uses on the site to monitor. I've worked hard to build my credit and have sacrificed a lot in between to do so!! This doesn't make any sense to me, any comments would be helpful. Thanks

If you REALLY want to find out what resulted in your 60 point drop, pull your TU report and scan everything line for line. Points just don't drop for no reason. Something else is going on. I'd hate to say it but, maybe a collection was added onto it?

Also, are these FIKOs or FAKOs your CCC is providing you? If it's FAKOs, I wouldn't be too alarmed. Whenever my FICOs goes UP, my FAKOs go down. Go figure.
American Express Blue Cash Everyday $6600
Barclays US Airways Premier World Mastercard $14500
Chase Sapphire Preferred $5000
Chase Freedom Visa $1000
Chase United Explorer $8500
Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select Visa Signature $7500
Citi ThankYou Premier World Mastercard $7500

Re: Fico Score Dropped 60 points

Thanks for the reply. I will wait to pull my credit report in August when I can get the free annual. Nothing has been sent to collections, I did have an old cell phone bill on my credit from 7-8 years ago, but it shows paid in full.

Washington Mutual, my credit card posts FICO scores, there is nothing stating it's FIKO or FAKOs.

My fiancé and I have joint accounts with a few store credit cards. Would the FICO 08 scoring change my credit score? Or perhaps they moved me up to the next bracket like I have read in other posts? The 60 point drop was a low blow, that's for sure.

Re: Fico Score Dropped 60 points

WAMU is an enhanced FICO.  It will be a little different.

Have there been any changes could have caused you to be rebucketed?  Like maybe if that cell phone collection just dropped off?

Re: Fico Score Dropped 60 points

Last time I checked my credit was in may.  When I got a car loan in January, they asked me about the Verizon bill since it went to collections many years ago but was paid in full according to my credit.  I'm not sure if the cell phone collection dropped off.  If it did, I wouldn't think my score would drop 60 points in one month.  Is the WAMU enhanced FICO score accurate in any sense?

It is a FICO score, it is just a different version. It is called a PFICO.

It's a bankcard enhanced version of your classic FICO score. -- quoted from cheddar on this thread http://ficoforums.myfico.com/fico/board/message?board.id=creditcard&thread.id=66384&view=by_date_asc...

This means it gives more weight to your bankcard accounts then your classic FICO score does......I believe.

Has you util changed?
