Fico score drop

How much does one recent collection drop a fico score?  Just curious.  Please help and once removed how much will my score go up?  thanks for the help.

Impossible to tell exactly, but I will say expect a 25-35 point hit.

But, when it's removed, don't expect to get all those points back. Other stuff happens between the time the collection shows up and the time it is removed.
