Elan and US Bank report credit card and banking information that is on file the last business day of the month. Shows in the credit reporting agencies somewhere during the first calendar week of a month. This is and has been their reporting method for years. Presently, I can verify that both report accordingly. The specfic card from Fidelity (Visa) follows the exact same path. No exceptions.
