For over a year for some reason I have not been able to pull all 3 of my CRs. So whatever ones I got I considered myself lucky.
Sometimes I could get at least 2 out of 3 and sometimes only 1.
Well today I was able to pull all 3 reports with no problem.
I mainly wanted to check on Softpulls and now I am able.
I know I have seen numerous post from members having a hard time pulling all 3 reports so maybe whatever was the problem with ACR has been resolved.
Now may be a good time to try pulling all reports for anyone concerned.
Thanks for the info. Glad you could finally get in.

great to hear, I'll definitely give Exp another shot on ACR
I'm still locked out of ACR for Experian for whatever reason, no matter what I do to try to verify myself with Exp.
My Exp account on their website works fine though.
For the future though, you should be able to access soft pulls through Experian's website by go through a dispute, through Equifax with myEquifax and get daily TU reports through the TransUnion Service Center.

@GZGhave you tried after clearing cookies?
No access here either. @GZG and I discussed it not that long ago and turned our noses up at a printed version being mailed. I get it from their website because annualcreditreport gives me this instead of my report. It's been this way for several months. No issues with EQ or TU

Well, well, well! Guess who was able to get into her EX report on ACR tonight? Yup! I decided to try from my teenagers macbook and even though I am not an apple user I figured it out and voila' I made it in.
I will note that I had to answer some credit verification questions it hasn't asked of me since the very 1st time. It looks like you were onto something @FireMedic1 about perhaps clearing browser history ? or something. Thanks.
So hey, @GZG I wonder if you try from a different device if you will get in? I was also going to use my hotpsot from my cell phone instead of my home ISP to mix things up even more but I didn't have to. Cool.

oh I've done practically everything, cleared cookies, every different kind of browser, several desktops, several mobile devices, different IP's, I'm sure it will just work at some point again in the future, not too fussed about it
congrats on getting it to work, hopefully it just works now in the future from any device

@GZG Thanks I hope so too. And that is odd on your end even more in depth than what I had to try. I know you do get it elsewhere it's just crazy though that you can't still. I wasn't even going to try anymore but gave it one more shot because I am super nosey about why they don't want me looking at it. 😆

Same here. Experian stopped working for me about a year ago. It doesn't even go the security questions, it just immediately throws up "A condition exists that prevents Experian from being able to accept your request at this time". I've tried clearing cookies, different browsers, different devices, different IPs, and so on as well. No luck.
I just tried again, and Experian still fails.
But there is one improvement: Transunion is back. TU stopped working for me a month or two ago, but I was just able to download my TU credit report after typing in a one-time code.
