Financial hardship letter

Hello fico friends does anyone here on fico forums have a letter of financial hardship where I could copy and give to a family member to write to their credit companies. Appreciate it the help. Thks

Could you explain the situation its needed for? Templates online the creditors have seen before. It must be personalized to your particular situation.

Thank you for replying it's for my daughter she got into a situation where the state tax dept garnish her check and so happens she fell back on payments with creditors and with the garnishment her score dropped from 780 to 568 and she has been 30 days late with a few of her creditors so I told her I was going to see if I could get a financial hardship letter to send to her creditors. She is in debt of $35,000 with Cc's and  outstanding auto loans and  loc..Any info would help appreciate it.
