Find open date that was changed by CA?

Beach, You need to ask NOAH or another pro. This is my take:

No one can deal with the CRAs on any of these problems. They take their orders from CC CA and other creditors.

I take it that you have already sent a DV to them.

I sent mine & copied Noah's  with the statue. I also asked for doc.with my signiture & complete history, this was in addition to all the reg. things required by law.

I have not heard back yet 30 days are not up.  IF I do not get what I asked for or do not hear within 30 days, on day 31 I will send the next letter...stating that they did not respone and they must by, statue, stop all collictions,including reporting.(of course this letter will come from this site also)

After that if they continue I will again ask Noah or another PRO what to do next. I know that I can sue them myself for any violations in state and federal court. I think most of us just want them to go away BUT I will sue if I have to.

There are also consumer lawyers out there that we can use.

I am going 1 step at a time, or I would lose all my hair.

DITTO!  And thanks for the advice.  I did send DV, they provided a "statement from LVNV" and copies of some charge statements so what - I read this is not adequate; and like I said they listed the account the way the OC did, then added a new account by changing some of the #'s to letters so it appears TWICE, one is just NEWER and shows activity - which is BS, there has NEVER been activity...
