First Premier settlement

I just paid a settlement amount for a First Premier Account.  In my credit reports was reported by First Premier ( one time as card lost or stolen) with no lates.  Then another TL from First Premier as profit and loss, balance 0.  I paid almost the fulll amount, only 91 dollars less and we just notice a new account on the CR and when I check is Arrow Financial Services.  I paid to another company that works for them.  I just faxed Arrow the settlement letter with copy of the cashed check.  Is correct that First Premier continue reporting the accounts as card lost or stolen and another for profit and loss.  Please let me know what you think!

All I can say is I settled with arrow about 5 mth ago.{Didn't know about PFD} First premier refuses to report acct as PAID co ! They say theirs nothing they can do because they sold the acct. Arrow says theirs nothing they can do because their not reporting First premier is! I've been disputing with cra's but so far First premier keeps updating as Tranfered/sold. E!
