Does a fraud alert delete data when other companies try to pull the report??
Myfico stated to me 3 different times (even after the completion of a dispute to correct the error) that my birth date was not on file.
I received confirmation from Equifax that my birth date was updated - both online and in the mail. But upon trying to sign up for Score Watch for the THIRD time, I found out it hadn't been updated. Why would they send me something when it wasn't corrected?
I'm not 100% certain on this but a fraud alert may prevent people from pulling data, and that may be the various 3 party services too.
The million dollar question, can you pull a report from Equifax directly? If not, fix that first.

Well yes, obviously I can. I was able to see which information was incorrect. But I don't know why myfico had such a hard time.

Yeah, brain still sleepy since haven't had breakfast yet. Sorry dude.
If it's a MyFICO specific problem, your best bet may be to just call them, am a little confused in your threads whether you have or not; however, as mentioned, a fraud alert may be the cause of your issues. Hard to say as in theory myFICO should be making the pull "as you" in theory. Is it just a SW issue or is it any myFICO product?

the problem with myfico was that every time I'd sign up for Score Watch, the website couldn't verify my identity. I had to call each time...and the first 2 reps had to refund me each time because my birth date "wasnt being reported" to them. The third call came after I had my 2 verifications stating my report was updated to include my date of birth. I was told by myfico AGAIN that the info was still missiing. I explained my situation and they were able to verify me with other info. I was never offered that option the first 2 calls.
Correcting errors has not been fun. I wont give up, though.
