Frozen credit / Card Graduation Question

Hello! So, today I received an identity alert from MyFICO called an SSN Alias Alert that suggested my social security number has been associated with an address that is NOT mine. So, I went and placed a security freeze on all of my credit reports. Thing is, this month the secured card that I have is up for graduation review and as a part of the review they check my accounts with them as well as my accounts elsewhere. My question is, will placing this security freeze negatively impact their ability to conduct a review for potential card graduation? The bank is US Bank.  If anyone has any experience with this or any insight at all please let me know! I've worked really hard and come a very long way with my credit and would like to know if this could potentially cause a hiccup with them having access to my reports for soft pulls. Thanks in advance!

Placing a freeze on your credit report will not stop a current lender from being able to access your reports for an account review via a soft pull.
