I had an acct with Americredit for my car. It became a repo but was allowed to catch up on 2 pmts worth, got the car back, and continued with the payments. On the CRs, it showed as a repo with a handful of lates. I sent a GW and they never responded. I had checked the CRs later and the repo mention was deleted off 2 of the 3, and the one that still had the repo reference deleted all the lates. I subsequently sent out more GWs, but to date had no response. I'll take what I can get.
I had a cell acct with West. It was 3 yrs old and I disputed with 2 of 3 CRAs (not on EQ). Within three weeks of disputing, it came off. Easy kill.
