GW Letter - Send To CC Division? Or General Inquiry Division?

This might seem like a naive question, but here goes.  Should a GW letter to a credit card company be sent to the credit card division?  or to the general inquiry division?  I'm just wondering because I'm thinking about who migh thave the authority to change what's reported on a credit report.  TIA

I sent one GW to same addy as I send bill payments.

Read the threads that say anything to do with GW letters. You might find the info. that you are looking for also.

Yep.. use the address on your statement. You can also get the address from your CRs.
