GW Letter backfired!

AT+T Wireless, collection account from 2003. I was on the phone with AT+T business services, my current carrier for two lines and in good standing, complaint about this very last collection account in my CR, she apologized, switched me over to AT+T wireless and there was a friendly voice, who gives me a fax number to send a letter with CR attachments and the items would be deleted. The collection was reported on Experian and Transunion. Now, a week later, it has been reported also to Equifax! Needless to say, it is now on all three CRA's. What do you say?

Same thing happened with a med collection - DV'd then and they put it also on EQ.

Since they are your current carrier - I would write a GW and ask for it's removal.  When does it fall off?

Try sending the GW letter by mail.  You shouldl get someone different and don't send the reports! 

Also post on PlanetFeedback.  I did this for my brother and am waiting for the deletion.
