GW Letter for 30 day lates (please help)

I am attempting to help my mother improve her credit profile.  She has multiple 30 day lates between 2000 and 2004 on her mortgate through Northwest / Prudential.   I told her about this board and she asked where she should start with the "goodwill" letters.

The 30 day lates are as follows:

In 2000 she has 1
In 2001 she has 1
In 2002 she has 4
In 2003 she has 4 &
In 2004 she has 2

So, from April of 2004 until now it has been paid on time without being late.  My question is... should she break them down in a "goodwill" letter as listed above or how should she approach this issue?  Can you ask for "goodwill" on so many lates?

Please advise.

It never hurts to ask. The late in 2000 should have dropped or will soon. Give them a good reason & remind them that she has never been late in 3 years.

check out the thread GW example letters it is on this page now.

I am not sure. Try sending a note / message to Tuscani, he's one of the moderators.  He's very knowledgeable when it comes to specifics with these issues.  There may also be a thread someplace to help.
