GW letter help

Can anyone help me with what I want to include in  GW letters to collection agencies?

You can also ask individuals to post a sample of their letter excluding their personal info. when you see them post Re: their goodwill letter success.

I lot of the gw examples I have seen have been for companies that people still are customers of. So how would I tackle a letter to a compnay like a Collection company, what would I want to include in it?
