GW or PFD?

I am trying to figure which of the two i should consider doing! I am trying to get some medical collections removed from all three Credit Reports! So which one would be best in gaining complete success?

Re: GW or PFD?

If they are paid collections...GW..I've had success with this also on paid medical collections. I have one I am still working on. I plan on sending them one a month until they break or it comes off my report.

If they are unpaid...PFD. I've had some success with this.there's been one I haven't. And I am not paying until they agree to delete. Or I am forced.  Just be careful of your SOL.

Re: GW or PFD?

Would it be too early to do a PFD if the collections were assigned to my credit file on 8/07 and reported on 10/07?

Re: GW or PFD?

It's NEVER to early to PFD.... I just had a collection removed from my report in JULY (the funny thing about it is I never knew anything about PFD at the time..... the collector simply offered it to me for my agreement to pay (and I only paid 50% of the amount owed)

With a little negotiation, you never know what can happen---------> GOOD LUCK Smiley Wink
