I had a recent collection on my report for a bill i never recieved. I paid it and called the collection agency who reported it. The woman on the phone said thet could not remove it from my report since it is accurate information. I explained the situation to her and she talked to her supervisor. The supervisor said she would remove it from my reports and asked me for my date of birth, SSN, name, address, and phone number. Just wondering how long it takes for the collection to come off my report once the agency removes it.
