I'm contacting Verizon directly, and going straight to the top. If you can call and reach someone higher up, then by all means do so.
I just sent an email and a verbatim letter to the President of Verizon of California about a disputed account and how I've been trying to get a Debt Verification or Validation.
If you try to GW you'll most likely get nowhere. I contacted Verizon three times since August, and only received one response that they're not obligated to respond per the FCRA. I even sent a PFD to an Ohio address, and heard nothing...
