My fiance was an AU on one of Amex cards.
She got a new card and no longer sees the purpose of being an Authorized user on my Delta card. I contacted Amex and requested that she be removed as an AU. They removed her and cancelled her card. During that same phone call I requested that they remove the tradeline from her credit report. They agreed and said it would be removed at the next statement date. My Statement closed three weeks ago. The account is still reporting.
She disputed the account with EX, EQ, TU about 5 days ago for the reasons of "Not Liable for this debt" or " Belongs to Primary account Holder"
All 3 disputes came back.
TU deleted the tradeline
EQ updated the tradeline to Terminated
EX didnt make any changes that I could tell ( the dispute results said the item was updated)
Whats the best way to get EQ and EX to remove the tradeline from her report ?
The account is only 5 months old so its currently dinging her AAoA.
