Getting Experian to respond when I have an error collection
I enter data Experian asks for to dispute collection their web site refuses to accept me. How do I get their website to accept me since I use Trilegiant to monitor my credit Experian seems to need me to have a separate credit report from them to dispute the collection. What do I need to do to get them to accept me and take my dispute over the net or do I have to send it by mail and if so I do not have their mailing address to get this done. Need mailing address to send data & not use the net Please answer me at my regular email address as I probably will forget how I got here in the first place.
