Getting Experian to respond when I have an error collection

I enter data Experian asks for to dispute collection their web site refuses to accept me. How do I get their website to accept me since I use Trilegiant to monitor my credit Experian seems to need me to have a separate credit report from them to dispute the collection. What do I need to do to get them to accept me and take my dispute over the net or do I have to send it by mail and if so I do not have their mailing address to get this done. Need mailing address to send data & not use the net Please answer me at my regular email address as I probably will forget how I got here in the first place. This is very frustrating to say the least. Thanks Bill paradisegrayb@yahoo.com

Experian
PO Box 9556
Allen, TX 75013

mail it certified, return receipt requested. keep copies of everything.

Experian has been known to block people out if you dispute twice online the same item. I'm one of them.
