Which form of Google Financing are you asking about? 

The Google store offers Google Financing through Synchrony  -- I have no personal experience with this one.

Google also has their own Financing also called Google Financing for the Financing of phones from their "Fi" cellular phone service.   <- This I have. Was a hard pull on Experian, tradeline is not reporting so far (2 bills paid, third statement cuts next week).

Google own financing for there phones and wireless service.
