Disputed an old account that my DH had. It had 30 days late. I really thought this company had closed and so we disputed it thinking it would probably be removed. Well today we got an email, just a few days after dispute so I'm thinking uh oh they verified it. NOPE they updated it with never late.
I was very suprised. Checked my report too (which I hadnt disputed) and sure enough it changed too. So now we have one more in our good standing accounts. I know it probably wont make a big change since the accout was so old but it sure looks better to me
