Has anyone had luck getting a derogatory removed by Great Lakes student loan services? It's been two weeks and we have not yet heard back from them. I'm just curious as to what your experience with them is. We tried getting it removed via the reporting agencies and it was denied. Now we are going directly to the company. If they deny it, I'm wondering if we should try calling or send another letter? Thanks!
