I have a business that is an S-Corp. I'm in process of setting up a lease to own for business equipment and the leasing company wants me as a guarantor and has checked my credit report and has my SS#. If I go through with the lease to own, will this show up on my personal credit report as if it's a personal debt since I'm a guarantor?
