How long does a hard inq Stays in a credit report and how long does a soft stay? ??? Very new to credit thanks

Two years for each on the credit report.

Hard inquiry only counts against you for one year (months 13-24 are no score impact).

Soft inquiries never count against you score-wise ever.

So. 2 years right. After that they just fall off the report. The reason is cuz I have like 6 inq. N I just got my 2 first credit cards ever so I really wanna apply for betters cards after those hard pulls fall off or can I app like in a year or so for a good card? ???

In a year, the hard inquiries won't affect your score so you can apply then with no penalty.  Obviously you can apply at any time.
