I am asking for expert help from the community...
I have BoA account opened in 2004, AU on my wife's account, which is included in Vantagescore calculation. But BoA is not included for Fico 8 calculation. I contacted Equifax / Transunion and was told that there was nothing they could do to include BoA account for Fico calculation since it is automatically generated.
Their suggestion was to contract FICO to correct the problem??
I check my Fico through CCT and Vantagescores through Credit Karma. BoA is reporting to Equifax and Transunion every month. I am not sure about Experian for Vantagescore. Because I opened my own account only a few months ago, my credit age is like 0.8 years.
There must be a broken link somewhere......And I dont know who to call to fix the problem.
