This does not make since to me - DOLA on credit report showing 01/2002 then date of last payment as 08/2005 then at bottom on account it says L- charger off 08/2005 (yet it says date of last payment as this date also 08/2005)
Can somebody please explain this to me -- I do not know exactly - I want to help him but I don't want to make matters worse. Can SOMEBODY please tell me what I should do.
keep in mind that TU and EX go by DOFD and EQ gos by DOLA the dates may be months apart.
look at your TU oe EX report for typing will remain on CR untill month/year or call then and ask.
If your last payment was in 1/2002 then DOFD should be 30 - 180 days from 1/2002
The 2005 date looks as if it was sold to a CA at that time. IF it was sold then your CR from the OC should read Bal $0 sold transferred,assigned somthing like that.
Is there a CA reporting on this TL??
Because this is CAP1 don't touch it unless you are past SOL!!! They will sue in a heartbeat!
