Wow, both if those stories are absolutely horrible. They are worse than mafia loan sharks! I cant wait to cut all ties with HSBC. Hopefully people will think twice before using thier services after reading about our experiences.

That was the reason I challged the initial late in the first place, I had paid on the 30th day. They told me I would need to pay by the 29th day to avoid the 30 day late reporting... Thats when I good willed.

Yeah, they are the worst. Especially, considering, I told them the date to draft on, all they had to say, is draft has to be made on the 29 day, and it was done. Granted it's my fault for not paying on time, however, i was not trying to get 30 days past due or any blemish on my credit report. Bottom line, is HSBC, is not a consumer friendly corporation and the best way to get a corporation to listen as a consumer is to to not use them.
