Newbie here... And I am super excited to start this journey for both myself and my boyfriend. This is going to be the best thing thats ever happened to me... I plan to post a lot so... here goes... Question #1 :
Pertaining to judgements :
I have an auto repo judgement on file for roughly $3,300.00. I want to pay off and get it out of my hair, however my questions is this. I live in Maryland. The official paperwork never actually made it into my hands. Never was signed for, never was served. What are the laws pertaining to judgement and how they must be served, and Is there a way that I could use this for leverage in getting this judgement deleted after PIF?
