Hard Inquiry Despite Freeze

It was removed when i checked this morning on CreditKarma. I hope its fixed quickly for everyone else too.

I got it removed. I contacted all 3 CFPB options for transunion. Received a email , no apology or anything. Just said its been updated. Lack of security is crazy, especially since my profile was locked. They should have bent over backwards to make me feel safe again but nope. Im waiting to see once its removed from credit karma if my points go up but it off set my paid off credit card. If the inquiry never happened my points would have went up instead of down smh i want to sue them. its been 2 times they've done this. The last time they gave me a year free of mytruidentity , but with the lack of security the crooks know my tru identity 😂

Ok, I see I'm not the only one, noticed the same thing on my CR update this morning via Capital One. Just got off with Transunion and they said it was a techinal error and it was logged as "soft" inquiry so it doesn't affect my score and it should be removed as of the 6th.  I'll keep an eye out on my other CR updates in the next few weeks to make sure.
