I have a very, very old account with QVC that had gone to collections. My mother tried ordering from her OWN QCARD. They denied her because we've lived at the same address and they areven ASSUMING she's going to order for me. I am disheartened because for 1...that is NOT who we are and 2...they are threatening to close her account for non use of at least 18 months.
Which tells you we do not order often. I accept my responsibility for my own account. It has absolutely nothing to do with my mother.
Can I report this? They are calling it something something by association. Can they do this?
They said if I pay my balance she can order again. This can't be a thing...can it??
