Help ASAP! Medical Group sent $15 to collections. I didn't know anything about it!

Hey guys! I need help ASAP. I have been working really hard to build my credit and make it as best as I can. In 2012, I went to a Yale New Haven Hospital affiliated Urgent Care Center. I guess my insurance paid everything but $15, the problem is I did not know that! I just got in the mail a letter from Tran-Continental Credit & Collection Corp. stating I owe $15 to Yale Medical Group. I do not want a collection on my file! I make close to 60K a year, I wouldn't avoid paying $15. I tried calling Yale's billing department but they are close. What do I do?!?!?!?

Contact Yale and see what they can do? See if they will pull the account form collections in exchange for payment in full.
