Years ago I had a personal loan that was secured by an auto. After missed payments my auto was taken. The bank where the loan was taken out was community bank in Texas. Well, Texas State Bank took over all of our local community banks sonow my old charged off accounts reports under Community & Texas State bank. The begining account numbers are the same but its obvious that Texas state bank tacked on 4 numbers ontoo the file when it was in put in their system. It shows same open date , same payment , amount same # of payments. Same begining balance. The amount past due differs from from 1,437 to 1,369. It changes every time I dispute . Equifax changed it from 1,437 to 1,369 on 12/5/07 then changed it back on 12/10/07. Its been changed SEVERAL times. I have disputed several times through equifax & transunion & somehow they always verify it. Expeiran has it listed only once & the lady over the reporting at the bank said thats the company they report & was shocked that it had been disputed on other companies cause she said she was NEVER contacted! I read her my response letters from these disputes. One actually said the account was sold to Texas State bank & still showed a balance on both. lol Sorry so long. I really need advice!!!
