Has anyone had this Happen? This just happened to my daughter when she was checking her Equifax. All her accounts were showing closed and credit score was N/A
All accounts show...
"credit card status changed from "Current" to "Consumer Deceased"
What should her steps be in correcting this?

Was this on credit karma or directly from an Equifax report?
There's also people reporting this on reddit, so hopefully it's just a glitch that's rolled back without too much trouble
This happened to me also this morning. It is showing as deceased with an N/A score from Credit Karma. I logged into my Equifax account and my account shows my credit score and says nothing about me showing deceased. I attempted to contact a CSR at Equifax, but all lines were busy and I opted for them to give me a call back. I'll update if and when I get a call back. I also already submitted a complaint with Credit Karma for this issue.

I got the exact same thing this morning for myself and my spouse. It's the Equifax score on CreditKarma. Says we're dead and all accounts closed and mark "deceased." I'm feeling pretty well this morning for a guy who's dead!

@GZG @CH-7-Mission-Accomplished @Alleycat2003
Yes she saw it on credit karma. Had not checked Equifax as of this writing.
Good to know it's not an isolated event. That may help it to get correctly in whatever reports it's being generated erroneously in.
At least with this information it can reduce any stress for people experiencing this craziness.
*Update
Just checked my Credit Karma and they got me too. Checked Equifax and it's all good.
I'm dead also. Oh well.

@House1204 Shame because it looks like Equifax was your highest score by far too.
Currently dealing with the same. Saw a Reddit thread where it’s been going on for about 24 hours now. I stayed on hold with Equifax for over an hour and never got anyone to answer.
I'm feeling left out; Credit Karma still shows me as being alive; guess I need to continue to pay my bills.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!
I guess i'm cool too?
Yesterday May 13th CK started showing all of open accounts (CC, Auto Loan, Student Loans) as being 'closed ' ... today May 14th CK shows all of my accounts closed or removed (looks like my accounts that were old/not open show as removed) due to me being dead
This must be a glitch. Like others Equifax *dot* com and all my accounts I can log into are NOT showing this info
