OC sent me a letter stating they will have my acct deleted from my records @ all 3 cra's. They reported the acct co/paid. after calling them into account they said that's not how they reported it to the cra and promised to fix it. That was 1 week ago.{will wait 30 days for fix} I sent their letter of deletion to Eq as requested after I disputed the acct, Now EQ says they can't accept the deletion Iletter I faxed them from OC. What should I do next?

They didn't give reason. Just said they couldn't accept the letter!
Usually it has to be a reason give the bureau a call. As long as its on letterhead with the correct acct info, you should be good to go. Or better yet have the OCA send it
