I'm sorry but I don't think I understand what the question is.
Do you have any screenshots/photos/whatever of their communication?
Let me attempt to translate.
OP applied to a job. The "job" charged some sort of training fee, or licensing fee, or other form of pay-to-work. OP then realized that the job was not a real one and that the entire business was to get people to pay money to work. OP disputed the payment and is now being told she still owes the money, and is being threatened with collections appearing on her report.

You are amazing at translating...I read the original post several times and couldn't figure out the situation, let alone the "question" being asked.
Did you pay using a credit card?
If so, you can file a dispute under the Fair Credit Billing Act, which has very specific requirments relating to what they can and cannot do until the FCBA dispute is resolved.
FCBA disputes must be filed in writing within 60 days of the asserted billing error.
When did you first become aware of their improper billing?
This is actually broader than the credit issue. If facts are as posted, this should be reported to OP's State AG. These scams often rely on victims not wanting to contact authorities... but, help is available.
I'm linking a site, not sure how it will appear... I haven't posted a link here before.

I would be terrified if I had to post about a serious problem publicly in anything other than my primary language.
I applaud the original poster's courage in reaching out.
To Lidia-
I recommend a phone call to the credit card company to ask about a "chargeback", which looks like what you did - please let us know if I am right. I don't know if this kind of a job scam is illegal where you live, but if it is then the card company will get your money back. If the job-scam company is doing something illegal, then they won't put bad things on your credit report, because that will get the attention of the law. They will threaten, but that is not the same as having a case. They hope that people will just give up.
Please have a conversation in your primary language with someone who knows the law. Many places offer 15-minute meetings for free, and if you are low-income, then there are more resources available.
If English-only is not a rule here, maybe try posting in your primary language. There may be people here who speak it who can be more helpful.
I wish you the best if getting this fixed!
OK, OK...I think we've hit the English/native language enough here, no reason to continue to go on and on about it.
OP...Welcome to the boards, thank you for posting your question. In my earlier years, I myself succumbed to a scam as well.. Does this "company" have your SSN??
