Help with Verizon!!!!!

I have a collection on my report from Verizon.  Has anyone had any luck working with Verizon to get a PFD?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!!!!

Why do you try calling them? I think its better to try than to wait til they pass your account to CA!

If Verizon is still listed on your cr and not a ca, then you still have time.  verizon gave me six months before they turned it over to a ca.
07/2009 TU: 610 EQ: 566 EX:??
12/2009 TU: 626 EQ: 588 EX:??
05/2011 TU: 638 EQ: 622 EX:??
